I feel exceptionally fortunate to have the privilege to work with Ms. Christina L. Martini. Ms. Martini's background in industrial engineering, specifically, in manufacturing and processing, combined with her legal expertise, enables her to offer outstanding solutions to the varied and complex legal needs of her clients. These effective solutions are based on her extraordinary ability to conduct the most appropriate analysis of any particular situation presented for her consideration. For example, Ms. Martini was the person, who after a careful and deep study of a client's IP portfolio critical situation designed and implemented the strategic plan that successfully resolved the mentioned situation. b) Exceptional sense of responsibility and admirable commitment to her clients. Ms. Martini's sense of responsibility is invaluable. Regardless of the complexity and limitations involved in a particular situation, I know that she will always deliver brilliant work in a timely manner. For example, a couple a months ago, when I just started working at YMCA of the USA, I needed a last minute review of a very complex matter. Ms. Martini at this point was in Europe attending a conference and starting a vacation that she had not taken for many years. Regardless of the time constraints and sacrificing the time she had planned to share with her family, Ms. Martini assisted me as always; she submitted an outstanding work and even ahead of the very short deadline given to her for this particular case. c) Extraordinary social skills. Ms. Martini is an exceptional human being. Since the very first moment that I met her, I felt a very special bond with her. Kindness, respect, and true interest in the wellbeing of her clients and the community are always present when interacting with Ms. Martini. Her unique social skills and interest in others' wellbeing are represented in her commitment to make a positive difference in the careers and lives of others.
