Christiane Boemke

Christiane Boemke has pursued her passion for trade mark and competition law since her LLM studies in Boston. She joined FPS Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG in 2005 as part of the IP team and focuses on providing guidance in all areas of intellectual property law. In trade mark matters, Christiane works with clients from a range of industries to develop effective trade mark strategies, manage national and international applications, defend registered trade marks, and handle infringement cases. Her expertise also includes managing and monitoring brand portfolios.

In the field of competition law, Christiane advises on advertising strategies, website content, and product presentations, and represents companies in injunction and litigation proceedings. She has considerable knowledge of IP contract law and intellectual property rights. Additionally, in data protection law, she advises on GDPR compliance, particularly in drafting data protection notices.
