Christian Vieira

Christian Vieira is an associate practicing in the Corporate Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, growth capital, distressed situations, capital markets and corporate finance (including equity and debt financings).

Christian has experience advising foreign and domestic clients, including public and private companies, private equity firms and other financial institutions across a range of industries, including technology, mining, cannabis, blockchain, financial services, insurance and construction.

Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Christian held positions at a global development institution and a Canadian mid-market private equity firm, respectively.
