Prof. Dr. Christian Rödl gives advice on legal and tax matters at the shareholder level, especially with regard to company succession, estate planning, corporate law and family contracts and the cross-border structuring of the corporate and private wealth of the family.
Prof. Dr. Rödl is an honorary professor of the law and business school of the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. He gives lectures on company succession and international tax planning. In this field he is an author and publisher of numerous books and professional papers.
Prof. Dr. Rödl is a member of numerous committees, supervisory boards and foundation boards. He is Vice President of the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Two independent expert juries appointed by the WirtschaftsWoche magazine voted Prof. Dr. Christian Rödl to be among the top 25 German experts for corporate tax law in 2010 (see issue 47/2010) and in 2015 (see issue 23/2015).
