Christian Joly

Mtre Christian Joly is a founding partner of LJT Avocats, office manager and head of the business law department.

He has acquired diversified expertise in a range of fields: company acquisitions and mergers, commercial contracts, agreements between shareholders, conflicts between shareholders, profit-sharing and equity investments in shares by management employees, financing and franchising. Mtre Christian Joly also has extensive expertise in real estate development, real estate financing and commercial leases. A skilled negotiator, Christian has acted as principal lawyer in several large-scale transactions in different fields, including hardware and real estate. He sits as a director on the boards of several companies and is a member of a range of professional associations.
