He is a certified specialist for IP law and primarily advises in the fields of patent, design and unfair competition law as well as know-how protection. His special focus is on advising and representing national and international clients in national and cross-border litigation including nullity proceedings in patent and utility model law as well as advising and drafting of technology transfer agreements, in particular license agreements, R&D agreements and in transactions.
