Christian E. Boesl

Christian E. Boesl is a workers’ compensation attorney at Goings Law Firm LLC in Columbia, South Carolina. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Christian later made Columbia his home after marrying his wife, a South Carolina native. During his prior career, Christian represented insurance companies and corporate employers in circuit court, federal court, and before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how workers’ compensation claims are evaluated, defended, and resolved from multiple perspectives. His work has included appellate advocacy before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., providing him with a strong foundation in complex legal issues and procedural strategy.
