Christian Brands is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Mining groups. Christian’s practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters, including significant M&A transactions (both public and private), complex capital markets transactions, joint ventures, PIPEs, restructurings, and special situations, including activist and contentious engagements and crisis management mandates. He also regularly provides advice on governance and general corporate and securities regulatory compliance matters to various Canadian, U.S. and international public and private entities, boards and special committees, pension funds and private equity investors across a broad range of industries, including mining and resources, real estate, technology, financial services, industrial, health care and food & beverage.
