Chris Wullum is a civil litigation lawyer with Tapper Cuddy LLP in Winnipeg, Manitoba. His practice includes Medical Negligence, Personal Injury Litigation, Defamation and Media Law, employment law, human rights matters, and privacy law. Chris regularly represents individuals and families in complex injury claims, including cases involving birth trauma, catastrophic injuries, and other serious medical and personal injury matters.
Chris has a particular focus on advocating for children and families affected by avoidable injuries occurring during pregnancy, labour, delivery, and early neonatal care. He is a founding member and current President of the Birth Injury Lawyers Alliance of Canada, a national organization committed to advancing effective legal representation for children affected by birth-related injuries.
In addition to his litigation practice, Chris advises clients on defamation and media-related disputes, privacy concerns, and workplace matters. He is known for providing thoughtful and practical counsel in complex and sensitive cases.

Outside of his legal practice, Chris remains actively involved in the Winnipeg community. He serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for both Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. and the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation.
