Chris Partridge

Chris is a partner who practises primarily in the areas of banking, secured transactions, corporate and commercial, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate law.

Chris assists both lenders and borrowers in connection with syndicated and non-syndicated, secured and non-secured, domestic and cross-border and revolving and term credit facilities. Chris also assists both lenders and borrowers with respect to asset-based credit facilities and subordinate/convertible debt transactions.

Chris also advises clients on shareholder agreements and acts for both vendors and purchasers with respect to mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other business related agreements.
