That’s where I can help. I am a highly experienced Special Counsel with more than 30 years’ expertise in accident insurance law, 26 years’ specialist accreditation by the Queensland Law Society, Bachelors and Masters legal qualifications, and 20+ solely-held, prestigious industry recognitions.
My early career as a lawyer was in a country law practice in Southern Queensland, as well as Toowoomba, where I received well rounded training in legal practice in general civil litigation, wills and estate administration, rural and residential conveyancing, family law and criminal advice and representation.
But since about 1994, I have practised almost exclusively in the accident and insurance field and developed a broad depth of experience in areas including:
