That’s where I can help. For over twenty years I’ve represented people who have been affected by injury, illness or even death. I take a genuine, caring and up-front approach with clients which has given them the peace of mind and direction they dearly needed.

My early career as a lawyer was in a country law practice in Southern Queensland as well as Toowoomba, where I received well rounded training in legal practice in general civil litigation, wills and estate administration, rural and residential conveyancing, family law and criminal advice and representation.

But since about 1994 I have practised almost exclusively in the accident and insurance field and developed a broad depth of experience in areas including:

• Motor vehicle accidents
• Public place claims
• Slip and fall claims
• Work accidents
• Medical malpractice
• TPD and other insurance claims
  

I am accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law, which I have continuously held since that speciality was first recognised in 1998.
