Biography
Chip Brooker represents individuals and their families nationwide in wrongful death and serious personal injury cases caused by dangerous and defective products, trucking and transportation crashes, explosions and burns, on-the-job injuries, sexual assault, and professional negligence among other claims. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2018, Texas Super Lawyers since 2015, and D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas since 2017.
In 2018, Chip was the youngest and one of only 13 lawyers in Dallas listed in each of these publications for plaintiffs' personal injury work.

Brooker is a recognized leader of legal and civic organizations. He currently serves as a Director of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and he has previously served as a Director of the Dallas Bar Association, President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Chair of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation, a District Representative for the ABA Young Lawyers Division, and an Ex Officio Director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
In the community, Brooker is an active member of University Park United Methodist Church, where he teaches Sunday school and serves as Chair of the Administrative Council and Secretary of the Board of Directors of The Weekday School. In addition, he volunteers with the Speaker’s Bureau of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Greater Dallas Chapter and is a Director of Soul’s Harbor, Inc.—a recovery home for homeless men battling addiction.
