Biography
Cheryl Labiris is a Partner in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.
She works exclusively in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group and has a very broad and diverse practice acting for all members in the construction pyramid including owners, general contractors, subcontractors/suppliers, sureties, architects, engineers, designers, and consultants on a vast range of construction claims including claims for delay, disruption, prolongation, breach of contract, breach of trust, geotechnical claims, permits, licenses, and approvals, access to lands, COVID-19, negligent/fraudulent misrepresentation, and surety bond claims.
Cheryl has significant experience working on a variety of projects including large-scale public infrastructure projects including multi-billion-dollar light rail transit projects, mine remediations, power plants, and wind farms. Cheryl also has experience in complex construction litigation proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and mediation and negotiation processes.
