Ms. Hader advises numerous prominent New York families in connection with gifts of substantial assets to trusts for younger generations. Among her recent notable work, she formulated an estate plan to utilize and leverage the generation-skipping exemption to pass many millions of dollars of commercial real estate down several generations free of tax.
Ms. Hader also counsels and represents clients in litigation relating to contested probate matters, the administration of estates and trusts, and complex business disputes. She recently defended a family in a claim against a decedent’s $300 million estate, and handled a significant multifaceted trust and business litigation on behalf of a group of siblings against their trustees.
