Chase S. Eley

Chase is a member of the litigation section of RSJG, practicing in the Birmingham office. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, intentional torts arising out of workers’ compensation claims, including co-employee liability and retaliatory discharge claims, representing sureties, and defending personal injury claims resulting from highway and premises accidents. Chase represents a wide range of local and national clients, and he has extensive trial experience throughout the state of Alabama.

In his spare time, Chase enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and attending all University of Alabama sporting events.
