Charlotte Thönißen

Charlotte Thönißen advises clients on public procurement law and European state aid law. She supports contracting authorities in preparing tenders and advises bidders throughout the procurement process, particularly in review proceedings before procurement chambers and appeal bodies. Charlotte Thönißen also conducts seminars and workshops on public procurement law. She is based in Frankfurt.
