Biography
Charlotte began her practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, focusing on complex commercial matters before targeting her practice to construction-related disputes. Her current practice includes representation of clients in all areas of the construction industry, including owners, developers, general contractors, and sureties. Charlotte is experienced in both contract negotiation and commercial construction litigation matters including construction and design defects, payment disputes, delay and disruption claims, lien and bond claims, and other construction-related claims. She also works with large national homebuilders to develop contracts and homeowner disclosures and monitor statutory compliance.
