Charlie Honeywell

Charlie Honeywell is one of three partners on the Management Committee for the firm and a real estate lawyer in our Ottawa Real Estate & Development Law Group. Since joining the firm in 2009, Charlie has represented a range of clients, including individuals, institutions, insurers, large enterprises and owner-managed businesses. Charlie’s practice consists of all aspects of real estate transactions, including the development of residential and commercial properties, negotiating and drafting commercial and residential agreements of purchase and sale, acquisitions and sales, and financing and secured transactions. Charlie also has a significant amount of experience with condominium developments and enjoys the challenge of identifying and resolving complex title problems.

Charlie is a fourth generation lawyer who spent the summers as a youth title searching and closing residential sale transactions at the Ottawa Land Registry Office; he is honoured to be able to practice law in the City where he grew up and where his family has resided for over 200 years.
