Chuck is Chair of Gordon Feinblatt's Employment group and a member of its Litigation and Health Care practice groups. His practice is focused on representing management clients in a wide array of employment matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage claims, contract disputes, wrongful discharge, false claims act, ERISA claims, defamation and negligent misrepresentation actions.
Chuck has represented clients in hundreds of cases before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Maryland and other states, the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights and all county and city human relations commissions in Maryland.
In addition, he represents clients in responding to audits by the U.S. Department of Labor relating to compliance with the FLSA (wage and hour), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Service Contract Act and other laws as well as an array of compliance audits by other federal and state agencies.
Chuck also represents executives and other individuals with respect to contract negotiation and other issues arising out of the employment relationship.
