Bailey R. Fair was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2012. His practice is focused on commercial lending and finance, government relations, public utilities, and real estate. While in law school, Bailey served as Vice-Chairman of the Moot Court Board and was selected to the Order of Barristers. He has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Art is the coordinator of our 24-Hour Accident Investigation Team and our Autonomous Vehicle Technology Group. He has extensive experience in Product Liability Law, Transportation Law/Trucking Defense, and Automotive/Recreational Vehicle Law.

Michael Gwin was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1986. His experience ranges from commercial litigation, complex litigation and appellate advocacy to tort and general litigation, product liability and professional malpractice litigation. Johnny has represented buyers and sellers in business acquisitions in a multitude of industries, including: software/technology, medical device, building supply, retail, advertising and manufacturing concerns. He previously served as Practice Group Leader for the Business Services Group.

Mark Davis is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses on real estate.
