Charles advises various clients in the automobile financing industry on various topics such as security for loans, proceedings, forms and internal policies. Charles also advises his clients, from the Province of Quebec or from outside of Quebec, as regard to the consumer protections laws and regulations. He has a vast experience regarding issues involving the personal and movable real rights registration for foreign financial institutions wanting to do business in Quebec as well as for financial institutions from the Province of Quebec.

Since the start of his career, Charles worked in setting up and recovering loans secured on movable assets especially for the commercial and individual vehicle financing businesses (Hypothecs, instalment sale contract, lease, leasing) and for other businesses financing various types of equipment. It allows him to be a prime advisor in case of default and execution of this type of security.

In recovery attempts for his clients, he will often act in litigious files and in bankruptcy and insolvency files.
