Charles Joly

Charles Joly is a business law associate. He focuses his practice on real estate issues. He is primarily involved in drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as developing various corporate structures, setting up investment funds and drafting agreements between shareholders, investors and creditors.
