Mr. Gagnon acts on behalf of companies, lenders, investors and business people in various transactions and financings involving businesses and projects of all sizes, in a number of economic sectors. He regularly represents venture capital funds.

More particularly, Mr. Gagnon acts in transactions and financing agreements involving purchase or sale of businesses or assets, incorporation, organization and reorganization of companies, general or limited partnerships and trusts, private equity and debt financing, portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, as well as in business successions.
