Charles Chevrette is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial group in our Montréal office. With nearly thirty years of experience, Charles has a particular expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital.
Over the years, Charles has been called upon to advise a wide range of private and public institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions or corporate financing and acquisitions, particularly in the technology sectors and in cross-border transactions.
