Charla earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2000 and her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1995.
She is known for taking the time to explain the process clearly and making sure her clients understand what is happening and why. Her goal is for clients to come through the process feeling informed at every step — understanding not just what is happening in their case, but why.
