Chancey R. Miller

Chancey Miller is a shareholder in the Chattanooga (TN) office. He defends individuals and businesses in all kinds of civil litigation throughout Tennessee. His practice primarily includes defense of commercial and construction disputes, personal injury lawsuits and workers’ compensation claims.

Chancey is a proven litigator with success in the courtroom. On behalf of his clients, he has obtained complete dismissals on summary judgment in personal injury lawsuits involving significant damages and good results at trial and on appeal.

Chancey graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Business with a BBA in business analytics and marketing. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution.
