Cesare Piermarini

Cesare Piermarini represents clients in construction related legal matters and other complex commercial issues, including disputes between contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and owners in all phases of litigation. He provides comprehensive legal counsel on project delays, defects, and payment issues.

Cesare is a skilled advocate with a proven track record of negotiating favorable settlements for clients across a wide range of legal matters. While he is adept at resolving disputes outside the courtroom, he also has trial experience, having achieved favorable verdicts at trial.

While in law school, Cesare worked for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, participating in Real Estate Tax Foreclosure hearings.

A Northeast Ohio native, Cesare earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron. He earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School where he gained experience with the school’s Federal Tax Clinic, Veterans Benefit Clinic, and Domestic Violence Clinic.
