César is currently based in the Monterrey Office with a career spanning over 28 years. He has positioned himself in the Northern region of Mexico as an expert to structure, negotiate, and implement sophisticated business transactions, including international and domestic joint ventures, share and asset deals, as well as corporate restructuring, reorganization, and finance projects. In addition, César has played a key role in the development of e-commerce, privacy, and personal data protection practices, providing advice to clients for the design and implementation of strategies for compliance on the matter.
