César is currently based in the Monterrey Office with a career spanning over 28 years. He has positioned himself in the Northern region of Mexico as an expert to structure, negotiate, and implement sophisticated business transactions, including international and domestic joint ventures, share and asset deals, as well as corporate restructuring, reorganization, and finance projects.
