A Partner at Lenz & Staehelin’s Geneva office, Cécile Berger Meyer leads the Real Estate practice group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. She advises both private and institutional clients in the field of real estate law, and in respect of both civil matters (purchases, sales, structuring and financing) and administrative law matters (planning, construction licenses, restrictions on acquisitions). Cécile Berger Meyer is also a judge with the Geneva Lease Court (landlord side), is vice-chairman of the SVIT Romandie and is on the committees of several other professional organizations active in the real estate sector.
Cécile Berger Meyer graduated from the University of Fribourg, where she studied law (2000). She was admitted to the Geneva Bar (2004) and studied Law at the University of Chicago Law School (2006). She became a Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law in 2010. Cécile joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2004 and became a Partner in 2013.
