Catherine Savio

Catherine Savio is a partner in Rivkin Radler LLP’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Uniondale, New York. Her practice focuses on complex business disputes, including matters involving commercial litigation and litigation – securities. She represents businesses and individuals in a variety of industries in disputes involving contractual issues, corporate governance, financial transactions, and other business-related matters.

Catherine has experience representing clients in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings. Her work includes managing matters through all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and resolution. She regularly works with clients to address complex commercial disputes and develop practical strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Before joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Catherine practiced in the Complex Commercial Disputes Practice Group at a large New York City law firm. In that role, she represented a diverse group of clients, ranging from individuals to national and international companies, in a wide array of commercial disputes.

Catherine earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jerome St. John of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as a Dean Acheson stagiaire in the Cabinet of Judge Heikki Kanninen, Vice President of the General Court of the European Union. She was also a staff member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and participated in the Seton Hall Law Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic. Catherine received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University.
