Catherine Decoste Mahseredjian

Catherine is a lawyer in our Corporate and Commercial Group at the Montréal office. Her practice focuses on company mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Catherine regularly manages cross-border and international transactions, corporate reorganizations and private placement financing, in English and French.

She represents private equity funds and various companies who are ranging from start-ups and emerging companies to well-established public companies, particularly in the energy and climate sectors.

Catherine provides a range of legal advice spanning the entire business lifecycle from the incorporation to the sale, including strategic planning, governance, corporate reorganizations and commercial agreement negotiations.
