Cassandra Enns is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Law practice groups at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, asset and share purchases and sales, property development matters, commercial financing, leasing, partnerships, and a range of corporate and commercial matters.
With experience advising clients on real estate and business transactions, Cassandra works with developers, businesses, property owners, and investors on matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing arrangements, and ongoing commercial operations. Her background in real estate appraisal and negotiations contributes to her practical approach to legal matters involving property and commercial interests.
Cassandra earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where she graduated on the Dean’s List. She continues to support the legal community as a mentor to first-year law students at Thompson Rivers University. Before attending law school, she worked with a private real estate appraisal firm and with the Department of Indigenous Affairs as a negotiations assistant. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
Cassandra joined Farris LLP as a summer student in 2017 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019.
