My focusMy unique experience as a former professional athlete, my passion for sports and the empowerment of women’s leagues, teams, and athletes, and my skill set as a corporate attorney to advise sports, entertainment, and influence-focused businesses differentiate my practice. I am well-versed in a wide variety of M&A transactions and commercial contract negotiations. I negotiate deals across the spectrum, including brand deals, vendor agreements, licensing and merchandising agreements, consulting and service agreements, and content distribution deals, working in close collaboration with managers, agents, and other key members of the talent team. I strive to build and protect my clients’ brands, execute strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance with rapidly shifting laws and regulations.
