Caroline Youdan is a Partner in Fasken's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She focuses on advanced legal research, legal analysis, and written advocacy. Caroline advises on some of the firm's most complex and high-stakes disputes, helping shape strategy, address difficult legal and evidentiary issues, and advance persuasive arguments. Her practice spans class actions, consumer protection, product liability, labour and employment, and complex commercial litigation.
Caroline is also actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice. She oversees matters under the TAS-PBO Consumer Protection Initiative, a partnership between The Advocates' Society and Pro Bono Ontario that assists low-income consumers facing the effects of predatory door-to-door sales.
