Caroline Ruschen

Caroline is a senior associate and has been a member of POELLATH's Frankfurt-based Private Client practice since 2021.

She supports family businesses and their shareholders, as well as high net worth individuals in holistic wealth and business succession planning. Her advisory focus primarily includes corporate and inheritance law, as well as national and international tax law with regard to structuring and optimizing private and business assets.

She studied law in Frankfurt, admitted to the bar in 2021 and served as legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, before she joined POELLATH in 2021.
