A native Oklahoman, Caroline started at The Rudnicki Firm as Senior Associate before her promotion to Counsel. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and personal injury defense. Caroline’s civil litigation experience, innate analytical ability, and strategic prowess allow her to effectively advocate for clients across industries.

Caroline began her legal career at a mid-size law firm in Dallas, representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. She returned to her home state to accept a position at a medical malpractice defense firm in downtown Oklahoma City. There, she gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, defending physicians, professional corporations, hospitals, clinics and surgery centers against claims of professional malpractice and negligence. She also assisted in drafting Amicus Curiae briefs on behalf of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Caroline has successfully defended clients in courtrooms across Oklahoma. Her wins include obtaining a defense verdict for a local physician and medical clinic in an Oklahoma County medical malpractice jury trial and a Pawnee County contested guardianship bench trial. She looks forward to continuing her trial experience with The Rudnicki Firm.
