Carolina Klimas

A lawyer since 2017 and partner at MLS Legal, Carolina specializes in entertainment and intellectual property law, and complex copyright, trademark and entertainment litigation. Her expertise and deep understanding of the creative industries make her a collaborator of choice for clients and colleagues.

Carolina participates in all types of MLS Legal files, touching on several sectors of our economy for local and international clients. She has solid experience in the film and television, entertainment and music sectors, and in labor relations in these sectors. She is a fervent lover of art from here and elsewhere, which makes her very enthusiastic in her work related to the cultural industry.

Carolina is a member of the Association of Lawyers for the Advancement of Artistic Life (AJAVA) and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Literary and Artistic Association Canada (ALAI Canada), the Board of Directors of Travelling and the Board of Directos of Infinitheatre.
