Carol Nemeth Joven is an attorney with Williams Law Group LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation and appellate matters. Her practice focuses on Legal Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs, antitrust litigation, and other high-stakes civil disputes. She has handled trials in Indiana state and federal courts, including matters resulting in multi-million-dollar jury verdicts. Carol has also represented clients in civil rights cases, including families whose children were wrongfully removed from their custody.

While in law school, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure.
Carol is actively involved in the Indianapolis, Indiana legal community. She has served for many years on the Executive Committee of the Appellate Practice Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, including a term as Chair. She regularly volunteers as a moot court judge for the Indiana Appellate Institute, presents continuing legal education programs on appellate law, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
