Professional experience

Carmen joined KPMG Abogados in 2013 after 13 years of professional record in the Public Law department of Garrigues. She is currently the Director responsible for the Regulatory, Administrative and Competition Law Department in the Barcelona office of KPMG Abogados. She is specialized in public procurement procedures, specifically in PPP (public private partnership), administrative concessions, public subsidies, urban planning and environmental, particularly advising in the context of large M&A transactions. She provides legal advice in administrative proceedings and litigation. She advises both public and private clients in all kind of issues relating Administrative law. She has also contributed to Spanish publications specializing in public law matters. Some of the industries of her practice are infrastructures, real estate & land development and private equity.
