Carly is a key member of the O+Z team representing leading music publishers and book publishers in infringement actions against artificial intelligence companies involving the unauthorized use and copying of publishers’ songs and books.
Carly is also active in both the legal and creative communities. Carly serves on the associate board of New York’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing pro bono legal services and legal education to artists.
