Carlos Hernández

Attorney at Law, from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Ciudad de México with a Master degree in International Law at the same university and postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center, Washington, DC, USA, and Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Carlos has more than 16 years of experience in the practice of Intellectual Property and 18 years of experience in Litigation. Joined BC&B in 2005, named Associate in 2013 and junior partner in 2018.

He is professor of Intellectual Property Law at Tecnológico de Monterrey and has taught several courses at universities. He has published materials for several national and international journals in intellectual property, and chapters of books of Law.
