Carlos A. Kelly is a business and real estate litigator with decades of experience representing businesses and property owners in complex disputes. His practice includes partner and shareholder disputes, contract claims, fraud and business torts, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, Bert J. Harris, Jr. Private Property Rights Protection Act claims, real estate disputes and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
Carlos is a frequent speaker on eminent domain and condemnation law and has presented for The Florida Bar and other legal, government and industry organizations. His writings on business litigation and property rights have appeared in American Bar Association publications and The Florida Bar Journal, with one article cited by the Supreme Court of Florida and the Cardozo Law Review.
