Biography

Carlo Cannizzo focuses his practice in real estate, infrastructure and construction, corporate, finance and M&A transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience and has been involved and acted as leading counsel in many strategic transactions in Mexico, among which, the JV, acquisition and sale of different projects, negotiation of pipeline transport and construction agreements for the oil and gas industries, negotiation of fuel storage facilities construction agreements for the oil industry, finance structuring. He has acted as main counsel of large foreign banks, private equity funds, construction companies, industrial companies, among others. He participates in the board of directors of several Mexican companies, some of which are listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
