Carlo Andrea is one of the founding partners of the Firm. Previously, he has been a partner of a leading law firm in Milan from September 2009, after having worked for eight years in a primary international law firm in Milan and, before that, having worked for ten years in a primary notary public firm in Milan. Carlo Andrea has extensive knowledge of corporate law and real estate, land development and urban planning matters, as well as real estate investment funds and renewable energy matters. Carlo Andrea graduated from the University of Milan in 1992 and was admitted to the Italian Bar as avvocato in 1997.
Carlo Andrea also specialises in all corporate, notarial, cadastrial, land registry and urban planning topics connected to real estate transactions and related structures. He has considerable expertise in lease agreements, sale and leaseback arrangements and real estate security instruments.
