Carla J. Grabarek

Carla’s practice includes a wide variety of practice areas, including personal injury, liquor liability, premises liability, construction, transportation, commercial litigation, general liability, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP, Carla worked for a nationwide insurance defense firm and handled matters for a wide variety of clients, from large tech companies to local sole proprietorships, and then handled plaintiff-side work for two smaller firms. With extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Carla has unique insight into the motivations and strategies both sides bring to the table in litigation.
