A leader in the business community of Quebec, Carl Tremblay served as the managing partner of Fasken's Quebec City office for seven years. He is recognized for his practice in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and financing.
Carl’s experience and professional skill ensure that clients receive the best possible services.
Carl regularly takes part in mergers and acquisitions transactions, private placements and strategic agreements. He also acts on behalf of investors in private placements and has participated, on the behalf of several research centres in the Québec City area, in the establishment of companies for spin-off purposes.
He is an active member of several boards of directors and advises them on governance and integrity issues.
