Camille Paquette

Camille Paquette joined Blue HF in April 2021. Her practice focuses on venture capital, as well as private mergers and acquisitions. She advises entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and investors across all stages of the investment cycle, from fundraising to exit transactions. Prior to joining Blue HF, Camille practiced at two leading national law firms, where she developed significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and capital markets. Drawing on this background, she combines technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to help clients structure transactions and achieve their strategic objectives. Camille works closely with both founders and investors, contributing to the growth of Canadian companies and the broader innovation ecosystem.
