Lawyer and trademark agent, Mtre Camille Miconnet has been practicing in the field of intellectual property for over 10 years. Camille's practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, primarily in trademarks and copyrights. Having previously practiced in France within an international firm specializing in intellectual property law, she is particularly sensitive to international issues in this field.
Camille has developed a significant expertise in IP rights filing strategies, implementing defense strategies in case of infringement, filing and prosecutions of applications, portfolios managing, opposition procedures, cancellation procedures, litigation, both in Canada and internationally.
