Camille Côté

Camille Côté is an associate in our business law group whose practice focuses on corporate law. She assists and advises private companies from a wide range of sectors, their officers, directors and shareholders, as well as institutional players. Camille focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic business operations. She is also involved in drafting various contractual agreements and arranging financing.
