Camille Chisholm

Camille is a lawyer in the litigation and disputes group, where she focuses primarily on commercial and real estate litigation. Camille acts for a variety of clients in breach of contract and negligence claims, in addition to representing companies and shareholders in various corporate disputes, including those related to corporate governance. She also represents clients with respect to commercial lease disputes, claims arising out of other real estate transactions, real estate agent services and issues arising under the Strata Property Act.

Camille has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. She also represents clients in commercial arbitrations and assists them in resolving claims through negotiation and mediation.
